Liability

In its judgement dated May 12, 1998, the Regional Court (Landgericht) Hamburg decided that by including a link to an external website, the operators of a site may be partly responsible for the content offered on the linked websites. According to Regional Court Hamburg, liability can be avoided only by explicit dissociation from the content of the linked websites. We therefore hereby declare: Despite careful control of the content, we assume no liability for the content of external links. Operators of linked websites are solely responsible for their content.
